Levi Souto Jr. took the first step towards creating 2E Consultoria after identifying a market need for more cross-area integration,
value-added services, and integrated process development for energy projects.
Having worked with major energy multinationals since 2000, including Engie and Eneva, contributing to the development of generation projects summing over 6,000 MW, Levi Souto Jr. has broad-based knowledge and practical experience in engineering, regulatory issues, and finance.
With a career trajectory in a variety of operational and strategic positions, Levi Souto Jr. has amassed solid technical knowledge and a proven capacity to lead negotiations and complex projects for different energy sources, including natural gas, coal-fired, and biomass power plants, and wind and solar energy facilities.
